Students in Barrie-Springwater-Oro-Medonte have opted for a Liberal MPP.
Student Vote Ontario, a program of CIVIX, sees elementary and secondary school students cast ballots for candidates in their schools’ electoral districts.
The results for Barrie-Springwater-Oro-Medonte are as follows:
- Jeff Lehman (Liberal): 618 (29.67 per cent)
- Doug Downey (PC): 523 (25.11 per cent)
- Beverley Patchell (NDP): 380 (18.24 per cent)
- Elyse Robinson (Green): 328 (15.75 per cent)
- Hayden Hughes (New Blue): 149 (7.15 per cent)
- Gerry Auger (Ontario Party): 85 (4.08 per cent)
