I’m Mr. E, because where I came from is a ‘mystery’ to the volunteers.
I’m a pretty nervous guy right now, but when I trust you fully, I am much more affectionate. Once I trust you, I will let you give me pats, I will head butt you and sometimes will even roll on my back for belly rubs. I’m not quite at the point where I’ll come up to you for attention, though, unless I really know you, and sometimes I may still run from you before I realize who you are.
I do perk up when I see a familiar person come into my room at the shelter and will jump down to cautiously approach them. I don’t really like being picked up, but I can be if absolutely necessary.
I like other kitties, and don’t mind when they get in my space to cuddle, but I’m not sure about dogs. I would be best suited to a quiet, adult home.
I am a short-haired black, neutered male who was born in December 2022.
