OrilliaMatters, in partnership with the Comfie Cat Shelter, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Gorgeous, affectionate and so willing to snuggle is our little boy, Rocket.

Rocket came into our care after being surrendered to us with a broken hind leg. We were able to provide him with veterinary care and he is all fixed up and good as new.

He originally came from a busy home with a dog and children, but now he has determined he prefers to be a one-man band with chill, sunny days and loving laps. He would be best suited to a home with teeneagers and adults.

Rocket is a short-haired, white and brown, neutered tabby who was born in March 2021.

ID#24-053 Rocket

To adopt Rocket, please fill out an online adoption application at comfiecatshelter.ca/adopt or pick up a paper copy at the shelter office (112 Norweld Dr., Orillia) or at the adoption centre located at PetSmart (Murphy Road, Orillia).
