Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and promote our extensive product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns suitable for print and electronic media.
• Manage and update our company website(s) and social media platforms, ensuring SEO optimization and relevance to our business goals.
• Engage customer prospects through innovative online marketing strategies.
• Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of online and social media efforts against pre-set KPIs.
• Coordinate and manage special events, promotions, and CRM initiatives.
• Develop and distribute multi-platform marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, and newsletters.
• Maintain an updated inventory list of equipment for sale and manage its presence across various sales platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:
• University or college degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and website management.
• Strong familiarity with mainstream social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web development software, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the skilled trades, HVAC, and construction environments will be considered an asset.
