About Us

Mariposa House Hospice is a non-profit charitable organization serving the communities of Orillia, Severn, Oro-Medonte, Ramara, and Chippewas of Rama First Nation. Situated at 1140 Brodie Drive in a beautiful home-like setting offering 5 private suites, we provide 24-hour specialized end-of-life palliative care while welcoming and supporting family and friends.

All services and care is given at no cost to the resident and their loved ones. Mariposa House Hospice is the only residential hospice and we have cared for over 280 residents and their families since opening February 2021.
