I am a Canadian living in the province of Ontario — unfortunately — as I have since I was born.

However, I have long wanted to move to the U.S. to the state of Florida ever since I was very young.

I knew people when I was very young who went to Florida every winter, and I noticed how much happier they were. They did this for many, many years and it seemed to be the best thing for them as they were much happier.

As a kid I was in Florida in the winter a few times and I absolutely loved the warm sunshine. I knew a couple of people who were Canadians and they purchased motels in Florida.

The province of Ontario where I live is only a prosperous and enjoyable place to live for people who have money.

Low and lower income and people with disabilities suffer daily in dire poverty. This has been the situation for the past century in Canada as politicians sustain the poverty levels and continue as they have for well over the past 40 years promoting food banks, to where now it is reported that there are almost two million people using food banks every year. This is certainly nothing to be proud of.

If I could I would move to the state of Florida this is something I would love to do. The premier of Ontario has spent $189-million on a provincial election in February to preserve the failed status quo policies so things will only continue as they have to get worse and worse.
