I did not vote for our current mayor, Don McIsaac, but the more I learn and read about him, the more impressed I am.
I especially like how he is so concerned about the budget and impact on our property taxes.
I pay almost $7,000 per year in taxes, and to face a six per cent increase on top of the $7,000 is too much and will place a burden on my family.
I did not vote for him previously but will be a strong supporter going forward.
