Spring is on its way and it's time to Bring on the Bling!
From April 28-30, bid on designer jewelry from the comfort of your home, with all proceeds going to Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie and the services they provide to local women.
Bring on the Bling is Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie’s semi-annual online jewelry auction to celebrate the arrival of spring and raise funds for their programming. It’s a great opportunity to pick out some new pieces for yourself for spring and summer, or to go online Mother’s Day shopping. The gift of jewelry is made even better by knowing it’s for a good cause.
Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie is a safe, inclusive space for all women of any age who are in need of professional clothing and employment support. The mission of the charity is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. They accomplish this through their Professional Clothing Assistance, Breakfast Club, and Professional Women’s Group programs.
Auction items available for bidding at Bring on the Bling include simple and statement necklaces, studs and longer earrings, slim bracelets and wrist cuffs, rings, and more- including a special auction item from Via Rail.
Bidding opens on Thursday, April 28 at 9 a.m. and closes on Saturday, April 30 at 8 p.m.
