Adam Chambers announced today that Bruce and Heather Stanton have joined his Conservative Party team as Co-Chairs for the next federal election campaign.

The resident of Port McNicoll, just outside of Midland, has been meeting voters throughout the riding of Simcoe North since being nominated as the next Conservative Party candidate in late July. Adding the support of Bruce and Heather Stanton are a great boost as Chambers’ campaign team strides out of the starting gate.

“Adam and I share the same outlook on the importance of public service and how politics should be done,” Bruce Stanton, the current Member of Parliament for Simcoe North, offered.

“Adam grew up in our community and attended school here; got his law degree and spent more than a decade working in the public and private sectors. Adam brings fresh ideas and energy that are grounded by his ties and commitment to our communities," said the soon-to-be-retired MP.

“Adam’s real-life experience in business, law and government make him an ideal choice to be our next Member of Parliament,” adds Heather Stanton. “Bruce and I will work hard to help get Adam elected.”

“I am thrilled and humbled that Bruce and Heather have agreed to join me on the campaign trail.  I’m committed to building on Bruce’s legacy as a dedicated local Member of Parliament,” says Chambers.

“I’ve been meeting and talking with voters since winning the Conservative candidacy in Simcoe North. One sentiment is very clear -- if we’re going to have an election now, we need to send a strong local voice to Ottawa to advocate for sensible economic policies to secure the future for all Canadians.”
