Storytime has started again and is every Friday at 11 a.m. at the Coldwater library.
We read a story and then make a craft. All are welcome. No registration is required.
A PA-day program is slated for Jan. 27 at 2 p.m. We will be watching Disney’s Strange World and making galaxy jars. The cost for the craft is $5, or $2 plus a food bank donation. There is no cost for the movie.
Brant Mawdsley, a graphic artist and comic book author, will be speaking at the library on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 2 p.m. He is the owner of Kapow Comics and the author of the Action Hero series.
Poverty awareness is the topic of a presentation by Carolyn-Marie Goodwin on Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. She was Orillia’s Woman of the Year in 2020 and is the founder of Uplifting Blessings, which provides essential items and support to people in need in the community.
