1 / 1 Kids enjoyed Singing in the Rain, as educators from Kindergarten to Grade 12 took part in an outdoor learning conference at Springwater Provincial Park. It was a day filled with interactive workshops focused on supporting educators in taking learning outside. Students from the Enviroventure team at Nantyr Shores Secondary School also hosted workshops for children, aged 4 -10, of the educators. Participants in the childrenâs program had rubber duck races, learned fire-building techniques and participated in scavenger hunts, on Saturday, April 28, 2018. Kevin Lamb for BarrieToday.
