On May 23, an "Honours Breakfast" was held at Orillia Secondary School to celebrate all students in Grades 9 to 11 who have attained an average of 80% or higher in their classes for the current academic year.
The breakfast was held in the school cafeteria and 340 students received invitations to participate.
Since OSS opened in 2016, the school has been providing the end-of-year breakfast as a reward for students who have worked hard to excel in their classes.
