Georgian Angel Network’s (GAN) third annual angel investing winter summit is online this year and open to anyone wanting to learn more about angel investing.
GAN has partnered with Niagara Angel Network, York Angels and Capital Angel Network and is featuring angel investing subject matter experts from across the country. Participants also have the opportunity to network with leaders in the angel investing ecosystem, watch business founders pitch their ideas in a live-pitch competition and learn about business trends and innovative ideas that will shape our collective futures.
“Angel investing networks really are game changers for local entrepreneurs looking for start-up funding as well as those investors looking to hone their skills as angels,” says Michael Badham, Managing Director, Georgian Angel Network. “Because we’re broadcasting the sessions live online this year, we’ve been able to attract some really talented individuals from across Canada to speak about angel investing. We’re all very excited to learn from these incredibly talented people.”
The angel investing winter summit features three streams on one easy to navigate online platform for a content-rich experience tailored to business founders, those interested in learning about angel investing, and existing angel investors looking to hone their skills.
The event is taking place on Jan. 14 beginning at 8:30 a.m. and the first 100 registrants will receive a winter summit experience box.
