How often we forget the simple joy found in our children’s everyday moments.
Orillia Central Preschool would like to thank the Kiwanis Club of Orillia for their generous donation to our organization.
The Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. It is their vision to one day see all children wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them and provide the support they need to thrive.
Caring for children begins at the community level. As a not-for-profit, charitable organization it is imperative that we have the support of our community partners in order to give our children their best start.
Recognizing the importance of messy sensory play in child development, the Kiwanis Club of Orillia stepped up and provided funding for our Orillia Central Preschool, South location. We were able to purchase both indoor and outdoor sensory bins and plenty of smocks to indulge in these incredible experiences.
The Kiwanis Club believes that when you give a child the chance to learn, experience, dream, grow, succeed and thrive, great things can happen.
