The Pearl Mist arrived in Midland harbour Tuesday morning.
The ship makes numerous stops in town as it transports passengers through the warmer season on excursions throughout the Great Lakes.
The ship, which is part of the Connecticut-based Pearl Seas Cruises line, is able to transport 210 passengers and 70 crew members. Although its cabins are large, it ranges on the smaller size of cruise ships at roughly 100 metres in length, allowing it into places large cruise ships can’t access.
