ONTARIO SPCA ORILLIA ANIMAL CENTRE

The Ontario SPCA Orillia Animal Centre is taking its popular Whiskers ‘N’ Wags annual fundraising gala virtual this year to continue to raise funds for local animals in need during COVID-19.
The Whiskers ‘N’ Wags Virtual Auction & Gala will be an online event through the Orillia Animal Centre’s Facebook page. The auction will open on Saturday, Nov. 7 at 9 a.m. and close on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 9 p.m.
With some exciting auction categories, such as food and drink, including all the drinks, tools and glasses needed to stock your home bar, to trips and travel, including luggage and flights courtesy of WestJet, this silent auction is sure to have something for everyone! The fun doesn’t stop there, with the holidays right around the corner, why not bid on gift ideas, such as original works of art, holiday décor, women’s fashion accessories, fun items for kids, and even an iPad!
Winners will connect with the animal centre following the event to share information and book a safe and convenient time to pick up their items and make their payment. Proceeds from the event go back to supporting animals in the community.
