The Orillia & District Chamber of Commerce Yuletide Committee is once again planning to present one of the biggest and best parades north of Toronto!

This year’s Parade date is Sunday, Nov. 18 at 1 p.m.

If you are planning to enter a float in this year's parade, float applications must be submitted by Wednesday, Nov. 14. This will ensure your group a designated position in the parade as well as viewing in the post-parade broadcasts on Rogers TV as well as being in the judging of floats during the parade.

The theme this year is “A FAMILY CHRISTMAS”

Float application forms are available at the Orillia & District Chamber of Commerce, 150 Front St. South. They are also available on line here

If your company or agency would like a sponsor profiling banner in the parade please go here for a pledge sheet. Cost of a band sponsorship banner is $300.

As a band sponsor you will be receive the following;

  • Listed as an official band sponsor in press coverage;
  • Listed as an official band sponsor in electronic and social media;
  • Viewed and listed as band sponsor in Rogers TV parade coverage with numerous post-parade playing times before Christmas; and
  • A 6 foot by 2 foot banner with your company name/logo banner displayed during in parade. You may have your own staff with company or seasonal attire carry your banner for an added effect. Your sponsor banner will be produced with a "seasonal" appearance as a border around your company name. If you’re a new sponsor and have a logo that you wish to have shown, please provide one with your sponsorship pledge sheet. The banner will remain with the Yuletide properties as inventory.

It’s important to note that volunteers are always needed to support the parade.
