Registration for Science North Summer Science Camps is now open in Orillia as well as 35 different communities across northern Ontario.
The programs provide a unique blend of hands-on science and fun for kids with new highlights every season. “We love having the chance to share our passion for science with kids across Northern Ontario,” says Cathy Stadder Wise, senior scientist - Camps and Programs at Science North.
"Developing a positive attitude towards science starts at an early age, and we all know how important science and technology are in our everyday lives. Last year, Science North had over 2,900 registrations for science camp in 34 different communities, and we are always striving to reach as many kids as we can. It’s a thrill when we have campers who grew up in our programs sending their kids to science camp!"
Have your child join us in a smorgasbord of science that plays to children’s natural curiosity. Through hands - on activities and games, kids will discover and explore the world around them - whether the rocks in their backyard, or making their best paper airplane ever!
