Spring Flavours of Lake Country kicks off this week, running from Friday, April 21 until Sunday, May 7.

The program offers lunch and dinner options prepared by 14 local restaurants. Flavours provides an opportunity for locals and visitors alike to treat themselves to some of the finest dining in Orillia & Lake Country. 

This season’s participating restaurants include 125 Breakfast Club, Blacksmith Gastro Pub, Blue Moon Junction, Grape & Olive Smokehouse, Hog N’ Penny, The Ktchn, Lake Country Grill, Lighthouse45 Restaurant, Lot 88 Steakhouse & Bar, Off-Eleven Pizza Plus Eats, Pier One Bistro & Bar, Provenance Wine Bar, Riverside Hideaway, and St. Germain’s Steakhouse.

Spring Flavours is an opportunity for chefs to be inspired by the freshness of a new season by forming new and creative dishes combined with signature favourites to develop intriguing menu pairings. 

This year brings an exciting addition, with three menu tiers for diners to select from: Casual menus offer 2-courses for $30 or less, Fine-dining contains 3-courses ranging from $35 to $45, and Elite menus offer 3-courses at $50 or more per person. (Note that the price does not include alcohol, taxes or gratuities.)
