The City of Orillia has received notice from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit that the swimming advisory at Moose Beach, located at J.B. Tudhope Memorial Park, has been lifted.
The swimming advisory was issued by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit on July 28 due to higher-than-normal bacteria counts.
All three swimming areas in Orillia are now open for swimming. This includes Couchiching Beach, Moose Beach and Portage Bay.
