  • Innisfil - New Tecumseth - Angus, Ont. (046510)

  • Barrie - Collingwood - Hillsdale, Ont. (044130)

Current details:
Snow squalls expected again Saturday into Sunday.

Hazards:
Locally heavy snowfall with total accumulations of 20 to 40 cm.
Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow.

Saturday into Sunday.

Discussion:
Weak lake effect snow off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay will continue tonight before strengthening again in intensity through the day Saturday. Snow squalls will likely last into Sunday.

Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Road closures are possible.
