Numerous junior football teams from around Simcoe County hit the field at Georgian College in Barrie on Thursday for some pre-season action.
The event, known as a "jamboree," was held at J.C. Massie Field and included teams from Barrie North, Bear Creek, Eastview, Innisdale, St. Joan of Arc, Orillia, and Collingwood Collegiate.
Teams split the field in half to practise their offence and defence ahead of this year's fall football schedule.
