The Orillia Lawn Bowling club recently hosted a Friendly Tournament at its Commerce Road facility.
Bowlers travelled from Muskoka and Midland to join Orillia bowlers for a day of fun, food and friendship.
The teams were formed in triples with members of each club on a team. When the tournament was completed everyone was treated to a full meal prepared by members of the club.
"It was truly a great day," said a club official.
The results are as follows:
First Place:
Sergio Diamanti (MIdland), Garry Campbell and Brian Minns (Orillia)
Second Place:
Stephen Jupp (Midland), Sally Mills (Muskoka) and Barry Holloway (Orillia)
Third Place:
Fran Woodhurst (Orillia), Paul Jagos (Midland), Paul Stewart (Orillia)
