A drizzly day didn't dampen the enthusiasm on the Orillia Bowling Green on Sunday!
The Orillia Lawn Bowling Club hosted the Orillia Curling Club for an afternoon introduction to the fun and social sport of lawn bowling.
After some orientation to the bowls and the rudiments of the game, they got right down to competition! The similarities between curling and lawn bowling became apparent very early on, and everyone showed terrific form right from the start!
A great way to spend a not-so-beautiful Sunday afternoon!
