The McKee Tirecraft Orillia Hawks U18 Girls Hockey team travelled to Oshawa this past weekend to compete in the 21st annual Lady Generals House League Winter Classic tournament.

The U18 Hawks ended up first in their pool beating teams from Clarington, Stoney Creek and Hamilton. With a winning record in pool play, the Hawks had to battle hard to defeat a strong Carleton Place Cyclones Team in the semi-final match-up.

The Hawks showed incredible team spirit throughout the weekend! They would like to thank their families and fans who helped bring the positive energy to the final game. The championship banner will be displayed at Brian Orser Arena.
