David Steel of Oro Medonte scored his second career hole on one on Sept. 25. His first ace was recorded about eight years ago.
Steel hit a 9 iron on the 17th hole on the Meadow Nest Course at Hawk Ridge Golf and Country Club. The hole was playing at 125 yards that day.
The shot was witnessed by David's wife Barbara Steel, who he has now caught up to in the family hole-in-one total.
