The Orillia Terriers return to home ice Saturday night to host the PJHL's newest team, the Muskoka Bears. Game time at Rotary Place is 7:30 p.m.

The Mclean & Dickey Terriers played two games this past week picking up three points, beating Innisfil 5-2 and losing an 8-7 shootout to Stayner in overtime at Rotary Place.

In Innisfil on Friday night, the Terriers scored two goals in each of the first two periods and added an empty netter to secure the victory.

In the third, despite outshooting the Spartans badly, the game was in doubt until Dylan Palomaki scored in the final minute. Lleyton McLean led the way with two goals and two assists. Nathan Hunter made his Terriers debut in net and picked up his first victory with the team.

On Saturday, it was a wild, entertaining game with Stayner coming out on top 8-7 in OT.

It was a wide-open affair with not much detail to the defensive side of the game. Both teams took turns grabbing the lead, but it wasn’t until a power-play goal in OT that Stayner finally sealed the victory.

Leading the way offensively for the Terriers were Palomaki, with two goals and two assists, Jordan Fuller, with two goals and one assist, and McLean with one goal and two assists. Josh Presley and Garin Fenik, with his first as a Terrier, rounded out the scoring.

The McLean & Dickey Orillia Terriers have two games this week, in Midland on Friday before returning home to face the league's new team, the Muskoka Bears, on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Rotary Place.
