Peacefully at Hospice Simcoe, with his best friend and wife of 43 years by his side, on Thursday June 21, 2018, in his 66th year, after a courageous battle. Royce Bell, of Orillia, beloved husband of Marilyn (nee: Ross). Devoted father of Peter Bell (Laura Moore) of Angus, Shannon Collis (Derek) of Baysville, Ben Bell (Leah) of Severn and Carla Bell (Andrew Tremblay) of Orillia. Proud grandfather of Damen, Makenzie, Tanner, Oakley, Deacon, Sadie, Brady and Brynn. Dear brother of Rhoda Lawrence (Bud, predeceased), Glenn Bell (predeceased) (Corinne of Harriston), Tom Bell (Linda), Donna Sanderson (Don), Carolyn Zeeb (Gunter), Neil Bell (Pam) all of Orillia, Blaine Bell of South River, Nancy Bell of Orillia, Brian Bell (Carol) of Ottawa and Connie Wilson (Bill) of Orillia. Brother-in-law of John Ross (Eva) of Erin. Loving uncle to many. Also greatly missed by his canine companion Max. Royce was a dedicated volunteer with Orillia Minor Hockey and a Boy Scout leader with Beavers and Cubs. Friends and relatives will be received at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Monday June 25 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday afternoon, June 26th at 1 o'clock. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Mariposa Hospice or Comfie Cat Shelter would be gratefully appreciated.
