Peacefully with her family by her side at the London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Hospital, on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the age of 78 years.
Donna, beloved wife of the late George H. Bennett. Loving mother of Jeffrey (Tracy Fallowfield) and grandchildren Clare and Andrew. Dear sister of Anne Macdermid, Christine Heaton (predeceased), Marie Moran (Harry predeceased), Edna Holmes (Ed predeceased), Audrey Acker and Olive Hagar (Robert) and sister-in-law of Audrey Stratford (Howard predeceased), Gord Bennett (Carolyn) and Marilyn Hopton (Murray predeceased). Donna is survived by her many nieces, nephews and their families.
You'd be hard pressed to meet anyone who's spent more one on one time as a parent than this beautiful woman. She was a Nana that was full of energy and gusto. While residing in Cape Breton, Toronto, Orillia, she made a point to be present for all the important events in the lives of loved ones. Always firmly in our corner no matter what life threw our way. We are so grateful for all that you were and have done. We will love you forever.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Donna's Life will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Friday, August 2nd, 2024, from 3 pm until time of service at 5 pm .
