It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital. She left the world peacefully on February 24, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Dedicated wife to Ronald Cameron for 61 years, loving mother of Lori Bate and Rod Cameron, proud grandmother of Ally, Andy (Caitlin), Stacey, Bailey and great grandmother of James and Eden. Sandra will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.

Sandra was the heart of our family, always offering gentle guidance and words of comfort. Her calm, gentle and kind soul brought warmth into every room she entered. Her quick humor could lighten any moment, reminding us not to take life too seriously. She had a way of making everyone around her feel loved and cared for.

She found joy in painting, gardening, and was known for her home cooked meals, and baked goods. You always knew you would leave her home with a full stomach and a smile on your face. We will forever hold onto the memories made on our family trips, filled with laughter and unforgettable moments that will live on in our hearts forever.

Her days were filled by spending time with family, she had a particular soft spot for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. We were so lucky to grow up with such an amazing woman in our lives, being loved by her was a privilege that will never be taken for granted.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place, A private celebration of Sandra's Life will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Foundation through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street East, Orillia (705) 327 0221.
