Passed away at the Trillium Manor, Orillia on Wednesday June 14, 2023 at the age of 81.
Beloved wife of the late Alvin Cleaveley. Loving mother of Dale (Donna), Daniel (Dale), Alan and Susan (Shawn). Loved grandmother of Montana (Chris), Chris (Dana), Derek, Camilla (Patrick), Shawn predeceased, Travis (Nicole), Jenny (Tyler), Ashley (Brett), Kurtis predeceased, Sheldon and Seth. Cherished great grandmother to 11 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late William and Hazel Gibson. Predeceased by her siblings William (Carol), Dolly (John) and Jean (Roy). Predeceased by her brothers and sister-in-laws Walter (Velma), John (Dolly), Gordon (Mildred), George (Marge), Lillian (Richard), Pheobe (Orville), Matt (Edith), Tom and Ira. Survived by her sister-in-laws Gloria and Dorothy.
Our mom was a very special person who put everyone else’s needs ahead of hers. She was always willing to go above and beyond to help in any way possible. Everyone was welcome in her home. Thanks to all the staff at Trillium Manor for keeping Mom comfortable in her time of need.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Home 54 Coldwater Street E., Orillia, Ontario 705-326-3595 on Monday June 19, 2023 from 11 A.M. until time of funeral service at 1 P.M. Interment St. Paul’s Cemetery, Washago. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
