Passed away at Cedarvale Lodge, Keswick, with family by his side, on Thursday, January 24, 2019, in his 98th year. Gordon, beloved husband of the late Florence "Flo" (nee: Grant). Cherished father of Bonnie and Brian (Sandy). Devoted grandfather of Robert (Janice), Shannon (Jim), Grant, Claire (Evan), Cassie and Jake. Loving great grandfather of Riley, Reagan, Gemma, Willa and Hattie. Brother of Gertrude Rodd and Fred Elder, both predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N,, Orillia on Sunday from 1-4 PM and at First Baptist Church, 265 Coldwater Rd. W, Orillia on Monday, January 28th from 12 noon until the time of Funeral Service at 1 o'clock. Interment St. Andrew's - St. James' Cemetery, Orillia.
