Thanks to Uncle Allan, Aunt Gloria and family for being a large part of Ty’s life, thanks for all the adventures. Nieces Brynnlee & Maci will miss their uncle “My TY” greatly. Cousins Lauree ,Zack and Zoe Fell were like siblings to Tyler and had many years of raising cain! Tyler moved out West at the age 19 and while there he achieved his Red Seal in welding. That was a very proud moment for him and his family. He also learned how to scuba dive and received his certificate for diving. He went on some pretty awesome dives while out there. After a few years out West, he headed back to Orillia. He continued to work at a few different welding jobs until he started his own business from the ground up. This was another celebrated achievement for him and his family. His Company, All Steel Structures & Welding quickly became a successful business. He received a contract to design and install the largest Steel Building in Dufferin Country. He and his crew did an amazing job. Tyler had the best laugh and the best sense of humour. It only took a few seconds of talking to him to be laughing. His quick wit, joke telling and impersonations would always leave you in stitches. He had a lot of friends, many who were more like brothers. Mackenzie, Scott, Sean, Cam, Kyle, Jay, and brother -in- law Jonny (Jenn) will always be remembered as his bros. Ty will be missed by his furry four-legged buddy Milo.

Tyler loved the outdoors. Hunting deer and moose, fishing, camping, riding dirt bikes, snowmobiling and mud bogging were a few of his favourite activities. He sure was a thrill seeker! He played a lot of sports throughout his life. Baseball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, rugby, wrestling and ball hockey were a few sports that kept him busy. Ball hockey was the sport that has followed him for many years. He was very active in the Orillia Ball Hockey league and spent a lot of time playing and refereeing there. His last game was played was last week in Englewood where he played in a leaque each week. Trisha and Harvey would be there with no fail to cheer on the Man, the Myth, Their Hero!

A visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E, Orillia on Saturday July 20th from 6:00-8:00 p.m., and on Sunday July 21st, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow.
