Passed suddenly on Monday, February 8th, 2021 at the age of 63. Debbie Garner, loving mother of Tara Lee West of Orillia, Shana Lyn Phillips (Paul) of Airdrie, Alberta and Lana Nicole Garner (Steve) of Orillia. Proud and adoring grandmother of Lucian and Keelan West, Samantha, Joshua and Luke Phillips, Sebastian Whitwell and Ashta Garner-Amyot. Dear sister of Karen Bougard (Lance) of Kincardine, Kathy Beamish of Oshawa and the late Stuart Buxton.
Debbie was a woman of strength who overcame much adversity. She loved her family and never passed up an opportunity for tobagganing and other adventures or even just a visit over coffee. She will be greatly missed.
