Passed away quietly after a long illness, at Leacock Care Centre, Orillia on December 20, 2024, at the age of 82. Donald, beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Smiley). Loving father of Michael MacNeil (Karen) and Terri Meier (Jim). Cherished grandfather of Taylor (Kelly), Brittany (Kevin), Tyler and Tim. Proud great grandfather of Aubree, Jackson, Stanley, Kash and Finley. Survived by sister-in-law Nancy. Predeceased by parents Francis & Michael MacNeil, and brother Gerard "Gerry".
Those who knew him knew his strengths, his weaknesses and his accomplishments. In this difficult time, his family asks that you remember the good times.
