It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Vanda Lee McLean's passing. She was surrounded with love both near and far on Sunday June 30th 2024 in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Gord McLean. Loving mother to Tracey and Fiancé Roman of Red Deer County Alberta; Jeff and wife Jessica of Oro-Medonte; and Tim, of Barrie Ontario. Devoted grandmother to Alex, Charlotte, and Austin. Youngest daughter to Pamela and the Late David Williams. Dear sister to Grange and husband Christopher Smith, Peta and husband Garth Taylor, Deryck and wife Martine Williams, and Alden and wife Tanya Williams. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Vanda leaves behind an incredible legacy filled with love, laughter and an abundance of kindness. Her faith in her Lord and Saviour was unwavering and strong and because of this, we know she has gone home and is at peace.
As per Vanda's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will be having a Celebration Of Life at Simcoside Lifepointe Church, 113 Simcoe St, Orillia, on Friday July 12th at 3:30PM and welcome family, friends and those whose lives Vanda touched. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
