Two people are facing charges following a drug bust Wednesday in Orillia.
Officers with OPP’s Orillia and Muskoka community street crime units arrested two people who “were observed attempting to complete a drug exchange” in the parking lot of an Orillia business, according to a news release.
Police seized 102 grams of cocaine, three-and-a-half grams of fentanyl, 22 oxycodone pills, $600 in Canadian currency, digital scales and packaging, and cellular devices.
Shueb Kerow, 29, of Barrie, and Justine Mohammed, 27, of Scarborough, have each been charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine, fentanyl and oxycodone) and one count each of trafficking cocaine and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000.
