An early-morning structure fire that shut down a portion of Highway 12 near Coldwater has been extinguished.
Orillia OPP say both north and south lanes of the highway were closed for several hours, but reopened at about 1:45 p.m.
It appears the fire started in the garage and there were no injuries reported.
Brooklyn Harper, media relations co-ordinator for OPP's central region, said all occupants were out of the building when the fire started.
"There are no injuries that have been reported," she said. "It's still an ongoing investigation."
Oro-Medonte Deputy Fire Chief Roree Payment said firefighters found a "heavy fire" on arrival.
Despite a "great initial attack by first-in crew," the fire had a "hold of the structure." He said fire tankers from Severn Township helped Oro-Medonte firefighters at the scene.
