A Bracebridge driver faces charges after a patrol officer noticed "some deficiencies on a vehicle" shortly after midnight today, says a news release issued by OPP.
Shortly after midnight today, 22-year-old Luis Mesquita of Bracebridge was arrested and stands accused of:
• Impaired Operation CC 320.14(1)(a)
• Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b)
• Possession of a Schedule I Substance - cocaine CDSA 4(1)
Mesquita Is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 21.
