Two seniors from Midland are dead after a three vehicle crash on County Road 27.
Emergency crews were called to head-on collision between Flos Road 11 East and Baseline Road just before noon Saturday.
An 80-year-old man and a 77-year-old woman, both of Midland, were pronounced deceased at the scene.
In addition, one person was taken to a Toronto area trauma centre, and two others were sent to local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
County Road 27 reopened this morning following an investigation by the OPP Traffic Incident Management Team.
Witnesses and anyone with video footage of the collision is asked to call police at 1-888-310-1122 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
