Rudy is truly an amazing and beautiful boy, on the inside and out.
He came to the Ontario SPCA Orillia Animal Centre through absolutely no fault of his own. In his previous home, he was the perfect pup. He is extremely friendly, easygoing, and well behaved. He is house trained and fine when left alone.
He is a total joy to be around. He enjoys the great outdoors; playing, swimming and even paddleboarding are his favourites. Rudy is such a great boy on the leash. He loves his walks. He is also great with other dogs.
He is quiet and relaxed and has an even and kind temperament. He would prefer a home without cats as he likes to try to play with them, but, sadly, they don’t appreciate that very much.
Rudy is extra affectionate and loving. He loves being rubbed and getting snuggles and would happily curl up with you on the couch and keep you company.
Rudy would do best in a home with older children, simply because he’s not used to being around the unpredictable movements and loud noises of little ones. He would be fantastic with older children.
Rudy is always happy, upbeat, and ready to do whatever you want to do. He would be the bestest best friend.
He deserves to be back in a loving home with a family to call his own. He is really smart and calm and has lots of basic commands and the ability to continue to learn. He has a great personality and would easily fit into a new home.
