A local real estate agency is holding a colourful fundraiser in Orillia.
Royal LePage Quest’s second annual Flock Orillia initiative is taking place Sept. 10 to 24 in support of Green Haven Shelter for Women.
Officials describe it as “the act of pranking friends and family, which involves gathering amateur flockers (our Royal LePage Quest agents) to place dozens of brightly coloured plastic flamingos in front yards for all to see.”
People are asked to make a donation at flockorillia.ca. In return, flamingos will be placed on the property of the donor’s choosing.
