The Kiwanis Club of Orillia is gearing up for one of the most anticipated events of the year – the 45th Annual Auction, taking place on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, at the ODAS Park Roller Skating Place. This event promises a day filled with exciting bids, fun activities, and the chance to win incredible items, all in support of the youth of Orillia.
Over the years, the Kiwanis Club has made a significant impact in our community, and this year marks a major milestone – 100 years of Kiwanis Orillia helping local children thrive. The annual auction is the clubs only fundraiser and it helps to ensure this legacy of support continues.
“This year’s auction is going to be something really special,” said Stephanie Pegelo, co-chair of the Kiwanis auction committee. “We’ve got a wide range of incredible items up for bid, and it’s all about bringing the community together for a fun event while supporting a great cause.”

Dave North, co-chair of the Kiwanis auction committee, added, “It’s amazing to see how much the community comes together for this event. The funds raised help support programs that make a difference in the lives of local children, and every dollar spent at the auction goes back into the community.”
