ORILLIA LAWN BOWLING CLUB

Rain didn’t dampen anyone's spirits on the final day of the season at the Orillia Lawn Bowling Club on Saturday.
A fun tournament was followed by the general meeting and election of officers. Afterwards those attending enjoyed a delicious barbecue.
The day was sponsored by Dale Lyell and his telecom advisory company, FastForwardICT.
There was also a special moment Saturday when Greg Irvine presented the club with the pennant he won as District Novice Singles Champion.
The club had a very successful year, welcoming 40 new members to the sport of lawn bowling, while hosting several well-attended Open tournaments.
We hope to see everyone back on the green next May.
