The McLean and Dickey Orillia Terriers just keep on winning.

In their final two contests of 2024, the Terriers earned a 7-2 triumph over Muskoka on Saturday, before defeating Huntsville 4-2 on Sunday in a pair of home games.

The Terriers let Muskoka open the scoring Saturday at Rotary Place before Jordan Fuller answered with a record-breaking goal that shattered the single-season point total by a Terrier with 73. Colton Dumond had the other Terrier goal in the opening frame, but a late goal by the Bears sent the game to the intermission tied 2-2.

The Dogs took control of the game in the second with goals from Finn Price, Dumond (with his second), and newcomer Caleb Tiffin-Seminara.

In the third period, the Terriers got goals from Marcus Petroff, who was playing in his 100th game, while Price added his second of the game to round out the scoring. Nathan Hunter was in net for the victory. The game marked the debut of Tiffin-Seminara, who was acquired in a trade earlier in the week; he finished with a goal and two assists in his Orillia debut.

On Sunday, the Terriers scored three goals in the opening frame as Colton Dumond, Marcus Petroff and Jordan Fuller staked the home side to a 3-0 lead after one period against visiting Huntsville.

The Otters would get in the board in the second, but a late goal by Tiffin-Seminara would give the home side a three-goal lead heading in to the third period. A last- minute goal by Huntsville would cut the lead, but that was as close as they would get. Aidan Jerry had a strong game in net to backstop the Terriers to victory.

With the two wins, the Terriers improved their stellar record to 22-3-1, good enough for second place in the Carruthers Division of the Provinical Junior Hockey League. Alliston sits atop the standings with a perfect 26-0 record.

The Terriers are now off until Jan. 3 when they play in Penetang. Orillia then plays in Muskoka on Jan 15. The next home game is Jan. 18 at Rotary Place against rival Stayner. Game time is 7:30 p.m.

The Terrier organization would like to wish all their fans a happy and safe holiday and thank them for all their support this year.
