ORILLIA FIGURE SKATING CLUB

Zack Frankum is 14 years old and skates on the Gold session at the Orillia Figure Skating Club. He had a very successful skating season winning a gold medal in Star 7 Men's at the 2018 provincial championships in Kingston.
Frankum has been training very hard over the summer, with plans to move to the PreNovice Competitive level this fall. He has passed his Gold Skills test, his Junior Silver Freeskate test, and is working on his last Gold dance.
Frankum is coached by Tracey Zwiers and Markus Leminen. He volunteers on our club’s Learn to Skate sessions, teaching the young PreCan and CanSkaters how to skate.
Frankum is attending Grade 10 at Twin Lakes Secondary School.
