There is a massive police presence in west Orilia this afternoon.
Dozens of police vehicles, fire trucks and other first responders converged on the West Ridge plaza just before 5 p.m.
While the OPP has not provided any official information yet, witnesses say they believe the TD Bank was robbed.
People at the scene said there were officers with guns visible searching the area along with the canine unit. Others aid officers were stopping cars and looking inside the vehicles for a possible suspect.
The OPP has not responded to requests for comment.
