There is a heavy police presence on Arthur Street in Orillia.
A photographer reported the OPP’s Tactics and Rescue Unit and Canine Unit were on scene. Orillia OPP tweeted at about 8:20 p.m. that there was an “ongoing police investigation” on Arthur Street between Westmount Drive and Woodside Drive and advised people to avoid the area.
