One person sent to hospital after Bayfield Street rollover

Multi-vehicle crash happened shortly before 11 a.m. today; one person suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police say

Barrie police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash on Bayfield Street which sent one person to hospital today.

Officers received the call at 10:57 a.m. on Oct. 17 and arrived to find one of the three vehicles involved on its roof at the intersection of Bayfield Street and Grove Street East.

Police say one person was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

One lane was closed on Bayfield Street, but has since reopened as police continue their investigation on Grove Street East.
