According to a media release from the OPP, between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on March 20, 2019, police believe the infant, who was dressed in a lime green jacket and navy blue snow pants, was being transported with three other young children by a female care-provider in a unique four-seat stroller to Harriett Todd Public School.
